WHAT IS AN DISPLAY BOOTH?
Display Booths allow national and international artists, arts organisations and funding agencies to have greater presence at APAM - promote their work, and greater network and engage with attendees.
Twenty five booths will be available for rent and accessible to exhibitors and delegates at dedicated times during APAM 2018. They will be located at Sofitel Brisbane Central, our hotel partner for APAM 2018 from 9am - 12pm on the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of APAM.
Display Booths are designed for one to two companies optimum per single booth layout. Independent artists, arts organisations and collectives are encouraged to partner up to rent a booth.
HOW TO APPLY
All applicants will be notified of their EOI outcome on Monday 18 September 2017.
Successful applicants will have to submit full payment by Monday 25 September 2017. If payment is not received by the due date, the booth will go to the next applicant on the waiting list.
Please note: all successful booth applicants will have to submit a copy of their current Public Liability Insurance to confirm their booth rental.
Rates are: AUD $660.00 per booth plus 10% GST (rates shown are in Australian Dollars)
The APAM 2018 on display booth rate does not include any delegate registrations.
It is a requirement, however, that each artist or arts organisation successfully applying for a booth has at least one registered delegate as a representative at the mobile booth during opening hours (to be advised in November 2017).
Delegate registration opens Wednesday 25 October 2017.
