Please clearly print your name and details as you would like them to appear on your ID pass and all associated Market materials.
Delegate registration includes:
- Opening night celebration gourmet BBQ dinner and Spotlight showcase
- Discounted tickets to selected Adelaide Fringe and Adelaide Bank Festival of Arts performances
- Entry to On Display exhibition booths
- Entry to Spotlight excerpt performances
- Entry to Keynote Address, Forums and Pitch Sessions
- Entry to the Closing Luncheon and visit to Cleland Wildlife Park (optional)
- APAM Guide (70+ pages), including complete contact details of all participants (a preliminary list of participants will be sent out after 9 December 2005 to assist with advance networking)
- Access to reduced air fares and accommodation rates.
Early registrations close Friday 9 December 2005
A late fee of AUD$100 will apply to all registrations received after this date (no exceptions). Please note that there is no single day rate for registrations however it is possible to register in the name of a company/organisation – instead of an individual and share the registration during the APAM week.
Registration fee for delegates before 9 December 2005
AUD$500 + 10% GST = AUD$550
Second and subsequent delegate registrations from same organisation AUD$440 + 10% GST = AUD$484
Registration fee for delegates after 9 December 2005
AUD$600 + 10% GST = AUD$660
Second and subsequent delegate registrations from same organisation AUD$540 + 10% GST = AUD$594
Cancellations
Must be received in writing and fees will apply:
Prior to 9 December 2005: AUD$50
After 9 December 2005: AUD$100
Non-arrival: No refund.
Cut off dates for listing in APAM Guide
Details of delegates whose registrations are received after 14 January 2006 will not be printed in the APAM Guide due to tight printing deadlines. Such registrations will be included in a summary list of delegates provided to participants at registration on 27 February 2006 and again after APAM concludes.
International Delegates
Upon registration, or by 14 January 2006, please forward a recent passport size photo of yourself (preferably high resolution 300dpi jpg), or post a print with your name clearly marked on the back, along with up to 100 words in English briefly describing your company/organisation, your specific areas of interest and your purpose in coming to APAM, for publication in the APAM Guide. Please do not send your full resume/curriculum vitae.
